A proposal designed to provide an all-round Tiki experience. Starting with cocktails, with classic Tiki recipes from the 1920s to the 1960s, a few twists on the great classics and a good selection of tiki aperitifs. The gastronomic project has been developed by Executive Chef Eugenio Roncoroni, with a Pan-Asian menu serving Cantonese-inspired cuisine with Thai, Caribbean, Creole and Japanese influences.
